Pat Karn – Executive Director
Rev. Karn has served in several Pastoral positions over 23 years including Interim Lead Pastor, Family Life Pastor and Preaching/Teaching Pastor. He held the position of Biblical Counselor at Christian Life Ministries from 1993 – 2017 where he worked with individuals, couples, families and large groups. During his tenure at CLM, Pat developed and taught curriculum for group classes including parenting, marriage, anger and grief. Pat, along with his wife Connie, have served with the Billy Graham Association’s Rapid Response Team as Disaster Relief Coordinators. Rev. Karn is responsible for overall vision casting and leadership of the organization and is responsible for developing the programs and teachings that will accomplish the mission of PCK Ministries; assist others in truly knowing God.
Vicki Franzen – Administrative Services Manager
Vicki Franzen serves as the Administrative Services Manager for the Ministry. She is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating supportive services of the organization. Vicki holds an engineering degree and worked in the Black Hills mining industry for 16 years, before working at Rimrock Church for 9 years in various capacities.
Pat and Connie Karn – Black Hills Discipleship Ministries
Since 1990, Pat and Connie have served the Lord in various capacities, including youth ministry, pulpit supply, disaster counseling, pastorship and as Biblical counselors. They presently serve under Black Hills Discipleship Ministries as “Biblical life coaches”, supplying biblical direction and solution for life issues. Since their marriage in 1979, Pat and Connie raised three children and now enjoy their role as grandparents to 10 grandchildren. They make their home in Rapid City S.D., where they have lived the bulk of their lives.
